How to buy:
1. Choose the equipment you want to buy and fill in the reservation form with the necessary information.
2. We receive your reservation and start the transaction. We provide an Invoice and a Sale Contract (in the
Sale Contract we guarantee the condition of the equipment). You will receive the Invoice and Sale Contract by email or fax.
3. You receive the Invoice and the Sale Contract. You will print both and keep the Invoice. The Sale Contract
must be signed and sent back to us by email or fax.
4. After we receive the signed Sale Contract, we make the necessary preparations of the equipment and documents
for delivery and we contact you with the payment information.
5. You will make the payment (you have to send the payment confirmation by email or fax) and we will start
the delivery. The equipment will arrive in 3 - 5 days after the payment is confirmed.
Terms and Conditions
Terms of payment:
The buyer shall pay for the goods supplied in full within 48 hours of the date of invoice and sale contract.
We reserve the right to accept payments only by bank transfer to the company’s branch account associated with the good’s country of origin.
Returns:
The customer will receive all the equipment's documents in the same time with the delivery of the equipment.
If the equipment is not as described, you can ask for a refund. We refund the total amount plus fees in maximum 48 hours.
Delivery:
Delivery process will start after the payment is confirmed by the seller.
The shipping will be made at our own expenses inside the EU and for extra charges outside the EU.
All the prices are in Euro and the VAT tax is included. The costs of transportation are included in the price of the equipment. We deliver anywhere in EU with our expenses.
Examination:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine the goods immediately upon delivery.
Any goods supplied and claimed to be defective may be returned by prior arrangement with the seller and if admitted to be defective, the buyer will be refunded in full in max. 7 business days .
Warranty:
Any warranty given by the manufacturer, supplier or other firms carrying out work under contract with the seller, will be passed on to the buyer for goods supplied or repair work undertaken.
Used goods are sold with 1 year warranty, provided by this sale contract.
Export Terms:
The buyer shall be responsible for complying with the legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the Country of destination and for the payment of any duties thereon.
The buyer shall be responsible for arranging for testing and inspection of the goods at the buyer’s premises at the time of delivery. The seller shall have no liability for any claim in respect of any defect in the goods which would not be apparent on inspection and which are made after delivery.
